Draft for review by a solicitor before going live. Written for sales to consumers in the UK.
Reserving a unit is free and places you in the queue for the next batch. When your unit is built we email a payment link; nothing is charged until you use it. A reservation lapses if the link isn't used within 14 days, and you can ask to be removed from the queue at any time.
UK delivery is free, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We'll email a tracking number when your unit is dispatched. We don't ship outside the UK yet; join the notify list if you'd like us to.
You can return a Squawk for any reason within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, including the cost you paid for delivery. Email us first for a returns label. The unit should come back in its box with the power supply and aerial; marks from normal use are fine. Refunds go to the original card within 14 days of the unit reaching us. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Every unit carries a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If it goes wrong, email us; we'll either talk you through a fix, send a replacement part, or have the unit back to repair or replace it, at our cost including postage. The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, liquids, modification, or power supplies other than the one supplied.
Squawk's software is licensed to the unit it ships on. We provide updates over Wi-Fi for at least three years from the date of your purchase. The flight data it shows comes from aircraft transmissions and public registers and may be incomplete or occasionally wrong; Squawk is for interest, not for navigation or any safety purpose.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order.
